Polarity Therapy is an energy based form of body work that affects the muscles, bones, and nervous system. Hands-on contact ranges from light to deep pressure and includes gentle rocking. Body work sessions are combined with Therapeutic Swedish Massage to relieve stress, rehabilitate injuries, manage pain, unwind trauma, and promote relaxation.

Polarity Therapy and Swedish Massage

Jennifer Ramirez is a Licensed Massage Therapist and is also a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner through the American Polarity Therapy Association. She attended the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in 2005 and also attended Universal Therapeutic Massage Institute in 2010. She maintains a private practice, has worked in spas, chiropractic offices, and in acupuncture clinics. She has been practicing Anusara Yoga since 2002, has two dogs, and lives with her companion on the West side of Albuquerque.
